At Punk Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your alternative fashion; if your items don't fit your style or size, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
